i stayed in a lagoon view room it looked to have been freshened up however the value for money wasn't as good as many other hotels i have stayed in also the staff forgot my coffee order during breakfast service the gym was under maintenance

The grounds had many trees, several pools, and some lakes. The landscape created a pleasant atmosphere! the staff was friendly and ready to assist at all times. i liked the shuttle service, especially when it rained. It was convenient. the breakfast included different noodle soup options each day.
The balcony door handle broke when i tried to open it, twice. some wood on the outside chairs was rotten and broke when i sat on it. i found the rooms small. the beds also felt small. Two people did not fit comfortably on a double mattress bed. the shower lacked a curtain, causing water to spread everywhere.

The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The free shuttle bus to the city center was very useful. Breakfast included a large selection of food. It was always fresh. All the staff were cute and happy to assist.
I noticed the rooms were a little small. Beds are small too. Two people did not fit comfortably on a double mattress bed. The shower did not have a curtain, so water went everywhere! The shower head holder was wobbling. The pool opens late, at 6pm.
